fee structure

projects are evaluated under a three tier fee structure, based on the level of involvement in the project. the tiers are based on levels of liability, method of delivery, schedule, as well as availability of teaming partners. these all impact the cost of doing business, and Bill is very open with both the structure and the methodology behind project costs

each of the following fee based methodologies are evaluated to arrive at a fair and equitable fee structure

• hourly services - reimbursables
• fixed fees based on scope
• not-to-exceed fees
• fees based on industry norms of % of construction
• negotiated fees for consulting in support of prime agreement
